          <dc:title>A Study on Customes' Satification on Myanmar Companies Online (Myco) Registration System in Myanmar ( Aye Aye, 2022)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) has
applied the online registration system in accordance with the Myanmar Company Law
2017 and guidelines of e-Government system. The objectives of the study are to
identify the current status on Myanmar Company Online (MyCO) Registration System,
which is the initiative well-developed e-Government service in Myanmar and examine
the customers’ satisfaction on MyCO system in term of perceived ease of use,
perceived usefulness, and perceived risks. In this study, using the descriptive method
of simple random sampling, sample size of 220 respondents who are registering in
MyCO registration system based on Technology Acceptance Model. The questionnaire
was designed based on the Technology Acceptance Model in the field of customer
satisfaction. After four years from the starting date of MyCO system, systematic
analysis for improvement still remains to research. The results have showed that 81%
of respondents were very satisfied with MyCO system and 19% were satisfied to some
extent with the MyCO system. In this situation, financial payment transaction issues
and some technical challenges still remain in the system. This study helps MyCO users
who have faced difficulties in using the system for their transactions. Moreover, this
study could support in order to find out the gap between the implementation of e-
Government services and users on MyCO system. The results of the study are
encouraging to DICA and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing
the best practices in online services.</dc:description>
