Business Operation Difficulties of SMEs and Business Development Services (Wai Hnin Hlaing, 2022) Wai Hnin Hlaing Operational services are critical to SMEs' survival and growth. The study's objective is to find out what problems SMEs have in their business operations and how they use business development services available nearby or in the region. Descriptive analysis is used, and qualitative and quantitative approaches are applied in this study. The study found that the operational business issues of SMEs and their utilization of business services did not match, and available business operation services needed to be more efficient for SMEs. SMEs' awareness and understanding of business services and the BDS market need to be increased for helpful assistance.
