          <dc:creator>Aye Mya Thandar</dc:creator>
<dc:description>The purpose of the study is to identify the influencing factors on employee’s
job satisfaction of Shwe Bank in Yangon and to investigate the most influential factor
that effect on the employee’s job satisfaction at Shwe Bank Ltd. Structured
questionnaire is applied for data collection. Data is collected from 133 employees
who are working in Shwe Bank by using simple random sampling method.
Descriptive method and quantitative research method were applied in this study. The
two-factors theory are used in this study. Among Hygiene factors, working condition,
employee benefits, support from supervisors are selected to study. In this study,
motivators include work itself, opportunities, recognition and responsibility. The
correlation result of the study shows that the above factors are correlated with positive
and significant relationship with employee job satisfaction at Shwe Bank Ltd.
According to multiple regressions, the study found that work itself and recognition
have a significant effect on employee satisfaction in Shwe Bank. However, others
factors such as working condition, employee benefits, opportunity, responsibility and
supervisors are not significant relationship with job satisfaction. Therefore it is
suggested that Shwe Bank should provide safe and flexible working condition such
as shift daily attendance, work from home system , rotation with team especially
during Covid 19 pandemic and offer attractive salary and bonus, fringe benefits,
allowances and health care support in Covid 19 pandemic. Shwe Bank should allow
employees to extend their ability, knowledge and to get opportunities for
advancement of self improvement and career development. Moreover, Shwe Bank
should provide fully responsibility to proceed their daily tasks and to give chance to
make up certain decision and to solve customer complaint by themselves. In Shwe
Bank, managers and supervisors should build good leadership skill to manage the
employee well</dc:description>
