<dc:title>Factors Influencing Attitude And Learning Behavior Of Master Students Toward Online Teaching Programs Of YUE.(Thet Myint Lwin, 2022)</dc:title>
          <dc:creator>Thet Myint Lwin</dc:creator>
<dc:description>The main objectives of this study are to identify the influencing factors on the
attitude of master students towards online teaching programs and to examine the effect of
student attitude on the learning behavior towards online teaching programs of Yangon
University of Economics (YUE). For primary data, one hundred and twenty-nine students
who are currently attending various master programs of YUE were asked with structured
questionnaire with 5-point Linkert Scale. Secondary data is extracted from relevant text
books, international research papers, previous papers, available literatures, journals and
internet websites. Based on the results, among the seven influencing factors, course
quality, intrinsic orientation, and performance orientation have the most significant
positive effect on the attitude of the students. Online interaction and intrinsic orientation
also have significant positive effect on the attitude of the students towards online
learning. And self-management also has effect on the attitude of the students. Final result
shows that student attitudes have significant positive effect on the learning behavior of
the students. Therefore, online teaching programs should be focus on improving the
quality of the course, fulfilling the individual’s expectation, and improving the
performance of the students. The programs should also provide with platforms for student
interaction and courses for personal development.</dc:description>
