The Effect of Project Implementation on Project Success in Myanmar Construction Industry in Yangon(Lynn Soe Zaw, 2022) Min Kyaw Swar Lin This study has two objectives: to analyze the effect of project planning on project implementation and the effect of project implementation on project success. In this study, the primary data are collected from 50 construction companies, which are members of Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Association (MCEA). Simple random sampling method is applied to select the 50 from 260 members of 2022 record of MCEA. The online survey is conducted with the structured questionnaire. The regression shows that the project mission has positive significant effect on project implementation practice of top management support, communication and problem solving at project implementation stage. The project planning is positively influencing on the implementation of project technical skills. The project implementation with strong top management support will lead to the effect project completion and also important for project completion with standard quality. 2022-04-01 https://meral.edu.mm/records/8217
