          <dc:description>As the Republic of the Union of Myanmar is an agro-based country, 70 % of Myanmar
people resided in rural area. In order to develop in overall sectors of the country, it is
critically necessary to improve both national economy and social status throughout the
country. Hence, the development of economy and social status of rural dwellers is
essential role at present situation. Therefore, this study area is selected to find out the
level of socio-economic conditions as a small part of the country area. This study will
focus on the period from 2004-2005 to 2015-2016. Based on the findings of results, it can
be expected that this research paper will be fulfilled the needs of local area development.</dc:description>
