Checklist of Some Fishes in Maletto Creek, Maubin Township, Ayeyarwady Region Than Zaw Naing Aung Zaya Soe Yu Yu Htwe Collection of the specimens was conducted in a segment of Maletto Creek in Maubin Township during the study period from May 2018 to April 2019. Local names and other necessary factors of the chosen specimens were gathered by interviewing the fishermen. The external morphology and measurements of the specimens were recorded soon after collection, specimen of fishes were preserved in ten percent formalin. A total number of 24 fish species of 17 families under six orders were recorded from the fishery activities performed in chosen study sites. The largest amount of nine fish species were found in order perciformes and lowest amount of one species was found in orders Osteoglossiformes and Beloniformes were recorded in the present study area. 2020-12-01 http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12678/0000007266 https://meral.edu.mm/records/7266
